Marie White

Marie Mealer White, age 90, went home to be with the God and numerous family and friends who’ve preceded heron March 18, 2020 in Keller, Texas.

Mrs. White is survived by her children, Tommy White of Lubbock, Susi Tomerlin of Fort Worth, Pam Canada-Bruno of Watauga, and Jerry Myers of Newcastle, OK; her sister, Sandy Rushing of Eureka Spring, AR; her brother-in-law, Eddie Rogers of Hurst and numerous family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Earl White of Fort Worth and oldest son, William Claude Myers of Cleburne.

Mrs. White was born on August 27, 1929 in Dallas, Texas to parents Will Clint and Nannie Maud Mealer. She was a loving wife, mother of five, grandmother of eighteen, great grandmother of thirty-two, and great-great grandmother of 4.

Mrs. White was a God fearing, laughing woman who deeply loved her family and friends with all her heart. She never failed to say “I love you”, whenever folks were leaving. She loved reading and completing jigsaw puzzles. She will always be remembered for her smile, laugh, and sense of humor.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2020 at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home on 517 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 7611 at 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. Graveside service will be officiated by Pastor Nathan Tucker on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Mount Olivet Cemetery at 2301 N. Sylvania Avenue.
