Beverly "Bev" McSwain

Beverly “Bev” McSwain, 64, passed away on February 17, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 23 at Lucas Funeral Home, 700 W. Wall St., Grapevine, Texas 76051. Chapel Service will be 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 24 at the funeral home. Committal Service will be 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 24 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Bev was born on September 9, 1950 in Bremerton, Washington to Claudelle and Sarah Irene Williams. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter to her family and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in passing by her mother, Sarah Irene Williams. Bev is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jerry McSwain; daughter, Michelle Stringer and her children, Preston and Nathan Stringer; son, Brian McSwain and his wife, Laura, and their child, Claire, as well as their dog, Roxie; father, Claudelle Williams and his wife, Madonna; sisters, Deborah Overton and Patricia Rudd and her husband, Charlie; and many loving family and friends.
