Goodluf Daniel Moore passed away April 28, 2015. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Visitation: Friday, May 8 from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home. Burial: Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens. Goodluf Daniel was born on July 21, 1929 to Goodluf Daniel Davis Sr born Nov 18, 1857 passed away Oct 2 1960 and Nola Deal Horton Davis born Sept 18, 1895 passed Dec 21, 1930. He had three sisters. He had three sisters, Dorothy Irene Piland born Nov 15, 1926 passed Oct 20, 1991, Maudean Ball born April 29, 1928 from Corpus Christi TX, Jeans Kines born Nov 16, 1930 from Canton TX. At the age of seven, GD was adopted by Boots and Zonia Moore. He is also survived by several adopted sisters and brothers. Emma Louise Moore Hocutt, Jimmy Fred Moore, Patricia Ann Moore Van Zandt, Rosa Marie Moore Jennings and Kenneth Wesley Lee Moore. Lena Vivian Moore Jennings and Howard Wayne Moore, Deceased. GD follows his wife to eternal life. He was married to Margaret Mozelle Dickerson Moore on October 28, 1968. He lived in Grand Prairie Texas for 60 years. GD worked for General Motors for 25 years and retired in 1986. He also follows to eternal life two sons. Gary Dean Moore born August 29, 1950, died May 28, 2007. And Steven Dewayne Moore born June 9, 1959 died May 22, 2006. He is survived by six children. Ricky Daniel Moore born February 17, 1954, Terry Glen Moore born December 15, 1955, Pamela Mccoy Hollingsworth born June 20, 1956, Mark Wayne McCoy born August 30, 1958, Randall Paul Moore born April 6, 1961, and Nicole Moore Domuret born January 8, 1972. GD has 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. GD was a good man. He was committed to study God's word, teach his children and love his wife. He loved and was loved.
