Mr. Tony Lee Brooks

Tony Lee Brooks, 63 was born February 23, 1955 in Big Springs, Texas to Charles T. and Dolly Brooks He was a graduate of Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School class of 1973, in Fort worth, Texas where he was a member of the marching band and selected best dressed of his graduating class. After graduating high school, he worked for General Motors and later enlisted in the United States Navy. Tony was a very social man who loved his family and friends and was often referred to as "Toni Roni." He loved old school music, concerts and loved nice clothes. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and really enjoyed spending time with his best friend Johnathan Wallace. He was a member of Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He was united in marriage on June 6th, 2006 to Fern Brooks from New York City; They were married 12 years upon his death. He is preceded in death by his sister Debra LaShea Brooks. Tony passed away on August 8, 2018. He is survived by his wife: Fern Brooks; Parents: Charles T. and Dolly Brooks: Sisters: Beverly Brooks Williams, Sherry Barriere (Desral) and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
