Barbie Bailey, 63, passed to her Heavenly Father, Tuesday the 4th of November, 2014. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 12pm Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Lucas Funeral Home 700 W. Wall St. Grapevine, Texas 76051. Officiating will be Pastor Gene Carter of Gateway Church. Visitation: Saturday from 10 to Noon. Barbie was born in Brownwood, TX on January 15, 1951 to Y.F. (Rocky) and Geraldine Bowley. On September 2, 1967 she married Arnie Bailey in the Baptist Church in Bledsoe, TX. Barbie was a loving wife, mother to 4 wonderful children, grandmother to 11 special grandkids and 1 great-grandchild. She worked as a hairdresser and as a real estate agent during her career. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Cancer Society. She was preceded in death by her father and mother and step-mother, Wilma Jo Bowley and brother; Chris Bowley. Survivors: Arnie Bailey, Husband; Sons, Justin Bailey and wife, Monica, Jeffery Bailey and wife, Heather, Jason Bailey and wife, Teresa; Daughter, Amy Goss and husband, Kevin; Grandchildren, Ali Aparicio and husband Edson, Courtney Bailey, McKenna Bailey, Madeline Bailey, Tyler Bailey, Parker Bailey, Anabelle Goss, Nathan Bailey, Aiden Goss, Skyler Goss, Alayna Bailey; Great-Granddaughter, Harper Aparicio; Brothers, Felix and John Bowley; Sisters, Maye Sutton and husband, Mike, Neva Caster and husband, John, Nita Ciuba and husband, Bob and Nancy Green.
