BEDFORD -- Betty Lou McTee, 80, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2008. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Chapel, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Interment: will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Betty was born Feb. 6, 1928, in Galveston. She was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Dee McTee; her parents, Dudley and Thelma Kuykendall; her brothers, C.J. "Bowser," Dudley Jr. and Carl Kuykendall; and her sister, Martha Mulay. Survivors: Son, David McTee and wife, Kim; grandson, Michael McTee; sisters, Santa Brewer, Mary Purtle and husband, Sam; brothers, Ward Kuykendall and wife, Louise, Jimmy Kuykendall and wife, Wilma; many nieces and nephews.
