HURST -- Billy R. Cowin, 80, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors: His loving wife, Nancy J. Cowin of Hurst; son, Larry Cowin and wife, Nancy K.; brothers, Perry Cowin and Gene Cowin; grandson, Taylor Cowin; nieces, Gay Thurman and Suzan Casey.
