Bob Elsworth Cannon

KELLER -- Bob Elsworth Cannon, 86, passed away Monday, May 19, 2014. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Bedford Cemetery in Bedford. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Bob was born Dec. 30, 1927, in Bedford to Gladys Moore and R.E. Cannon. He was a graduate of North Side High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He ran his own dairy farm for years before going to work as a sales manager for Vandervoort's Dairy. He loved his family, playing golf and his Texas Rangers. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 32 years, Ann Seale; and wife, Mary Anderson. Survivors: His children, Pam Huffman and Mike, Max Cannon and Sharon, Josh Cannon and Pam; grandchildren, SueAnn Handelsman, Jessica Beebe, Ashleigh Goyer, Carley Cannon and Josh Cannon Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Brett, Ryleigh, Reese, Anna and Teddy.
