FORT WORTH -- Cecil Evelyn Davis, 104, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, at St. James AME Church. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 15, at the funeral home. Survivors: Sister, Elvon Walker; and a host of other relatives.
