KELLER -- Clarice E. Davis, 95, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away surrounded by family, Monday, July 1, 2013. Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. Burial: 4 p.m. in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Clarice was born Aug. 6, 1917, to John and Ruth Beleu Boggs in Wolfe City. She was known as Nannie by all her grandchildren and was the family matriarch. Clarice retired from Texas Instruments and continued to work after retirement and was a member of Twin Oaks Baptist Church for over 30 years. Hobbies included her family, 42 with her church family, oil painting, quilting, reading and cooking. She loved to share her cooking with anyone who entered her door and was famous for her dumplings and pies.
