NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Clark Delvin Neidigh, 84, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014, in North Richland Hills. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Interment 1 p.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Clark was born Dec. 16, 1929, in State College, Pa., to John and Mary Neidigh. He graduated from State College High in 1947 and joined the U.S. Army in 1948. He served his country for 20 years, 10 months and 27 days. After he retired, he went to work for International Paper in DeRidder, La., Mobile, Ala., and Dallas. Clark married Harriet Jane Neidigh and had four sons while touring Europe and the United States in the Army. He enjoyed hunting as a child and fishing and bowling as an adult. He also loved football, baseball and NASCAR racing on TV. He spent his retirement years in Grapevine, Bedford and North Richland Hills. Clark was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet, and sons, Dennis and Stephen, and his sister, Lois Mae Grove.. Survivors: Sons, Michael Neidigh, Gary Neidigh and wife, Kathryn; granddaughters, Michelle and Dan Leonberger, and Danielle and Dennis Vincent; and two great-grandchildren.
