FORT WORTH -- David William Johnson, 60, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Memorials: David's memory may be honored with a gift to the American Kidney Association. He was a graduate of Eastern Hills High School class of 1966 and from Arlington State University where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta. He was also a bail bondsman in Tarrant County. Survivors: He leaves his sister, Faith Ann Pond and her husband, Jim; three nieces; three nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
