Doris Ann Disney

Doris Ann Keys Disney, 84, passed away peacefully Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014. Memorial service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Christian Church of Arlington, 910 S. Collins, Arlington 76010. Dr. Andy Mangum, the Rev. Tommy Potter and the Rev. Ben Disney will officiate. Doris, the daughter of Rex and Mae Bess Pate Keys, was born July 18, 1930, in Paducah. She graduated from Paducah High School in 1947 as valedictorian and football queen. She graduated from TCU in 1951 summa cum laude as the first to graduate with a degree in speech therapy. She was the niece of the famous Keys quadruplets. Doris was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nancy; and son, David. Survivors: Her husband, Jay; sons, Rick Disney and wife, Loretta, Ben Disney and wife, Stacey; grandchildren, Patrick, Leigh, Cameron and Laura Disney; and great-grandchildren, Bryan, Bailee and Alina Disney.
