FORT WORTH -- Elvin Bobo, 89, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013. Service: 1:30 p.m. Friday at Legacy Church of Christ, 8801 Mid-Cities Blvd., North Richland Hills. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Christ's Haven at christshaven.org. Survivors: His wife of 65 years, Beth Bobo; children, Carol Sue Newsom and husband, Tom, Kathleen Yoakum and husband, Ronnie, and Tim Bobo and wife, Michelle; grandchildren, Andy Newsom, Philip Newsom, Wesley Yoakum, Tracy Ray, Jennifer Denton, Tim Bobo and Rachel Bobo; and nine great-grandchildren.
