EULESS -- Ernest Lee Jenkins, 84, a friend to all, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Monday in Bear Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. A native of Bonham, he was born June 30, 1927, to John William and Marthenia Hart Jenkins. He was a charter member of North Euless Baptist Church. Survivors: Wife of 64 years, Lois; children, Steve Jenkins, Keith Jenkins and wife, Linda, Mark Jenkins and wife, Melinda, and Sharon Lusty and husband, Jerry Williams; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
