Ernest Eugene Shaffer, 75, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014. Funeral Mass: 11am Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Keller. Visitation: 6-8p Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Lucas Funeral Home, Keller. Ernie was born September 4, 1938 in Scranton, Kansas to Charles Shaffer and Martha Silverthorn Shaffer. Survivors: his wife, Annie; sons, Kurt Shaffer, Karl Shaffer, and Erich Shaffer and his wife, Rosie; daughter, Sally Ann Argent and her husband, John; grandchildren, Joseph and Emma; brothers, Steve Shaffer and his wife, Dorothy and Gary Shaffer and his companion, Kay.
