Ethel Kitchens

Ethel Marie Kitchens, 94, of Mansfield, passed away at 9:35 P.m. on Friday, April 17, 2009, in Plaza of Mansfield. Marie was born in Springfield, Mo., on July 29, 1914, the daughter of James H. Hoosier and Martha Lavada Jones Hoosier. She had lived in Mansfield since 1962 where she owned and operated her own restaurant until her retirement. Survivors include her sister, Virginia Houk of Mabank and several nieces, nephews and friends. Marie was preceded in death by sister, Edna Hoosier; and brothers, Luther Hoosier and Donzell and Floyd Bunton.
