Eufemia, an native of Port Lavaca, was born August 23, 1953 to Ednicasion and Carmen Rodriguez. Survivors: son, Steven Dallas Ochoa; sister, Rosie Flores, nieces, Stephanie Flores, Veronica Ortiz.
