He was preceded in death by his son, Haley.  Survivors: Daughter, Heather and husband, Michael; sons, Cory and wife, Trish, and Tracy; grandchildren, Blake and Alexa; mother, Catherine "Kitty" Howard; father, Eugene Howard and his wife, Nova; sisters, Cheri, Diane and Vicki; brother, Randy.
