Obituary for Franklin Delano Sybert

Franklin Delano Sybert, 77, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Franklin was a member of Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God. He was a retired licensed electrician and engineer. He also served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1964 and plank owner of the USS Kitty Hawk (CVA-63).
Graveside service: 1:00 pm Thursday at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth.
Franklin was born in Hughes, AR to the late Jasper and Ethel Harris Sybert. Franklin married Stella Sue Jones on September 3, 1964. He has two daughters Dawna R. Sybert-Taylor and spouse Rodney D. Taylor and Christy Lynne Ibarra and spouse Michael Ibarra. He has 5 grandchildren, Taylor Frasier, Trent Ibarra. Christina L Davis, John F. Taylor, and Jordan Scott Sybert Ibarra. He has 3 great grandchildren Aden R Davis, Alaunah F. Davis, and Max Frasier.
He was preceded in death by his Papa Jasper N. Sybert, Mother and Stepfather: Ethel Leah Harris Hunsaker, and Eldredge Hunsaker. Brothers and sisters: Wesley Sybert, Luther Sybert, Earnest Sybert, Mildred Sybert Hicks, and Ethel Paulene Sybert Jones.
Survivors: Wife of 56 years, Stella Sue Jones Sybert; Daughter Dawna Sybert-Taylor and spouse Rodney D. Taylor, Daughter Christy L. Ibarra and spouse Michael Ibarra. Five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
