Irving Johnson

Irving "Gene" Johnson, 60, a loving husband, father and papa, passed away suddenly Monday, Feb. 21, 2011. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. Visitation: following the service. Gene enjoyed his family and was a proud Vietnam veteran. He received many medals and was awarded the Bronze Star. Survivors: Wife, Cindy; daughters, Jennifer Jimenez, Sarah Vallejo, Angela Dunning and Melissa Dunning; son, Cody Dunning; nine grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
