HALTOM CITY -- Ivan Durward Lewis, 84, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: Noon Saturday at Baker Boulevard Church of Christ, 7139 Baker Blvd., Richland Hills. Visitation: The family will receive friends at 11 a.m. Saturday. Ivan was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a son, Keith Lewis. Survivors: Wife, Maxine Lewis; son, Daniel Lewis and wife, Laurie; daughter, Carol Ann Lange; brother, Tom Lewis; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
