HURST -- Jack T. Lewis, 75, went home to his Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Jack was preceded in death by a son, Jack Leland Lewis. Survivors: Son, James A. Lewis; daughter, Carolyn Chandler and husband, Doug; sisters, Mary Lewis, Elaine Eller and Betty Short; grandchildren, Cari Bass and Emily Chandler; and great-grandchildren, Lily Bass and Lauren Bass.
