Survivors: Wife, Carolyne "Carol" Jay; Children; Paula Jay Williams-Brown, Yvonne Sprague, Richard Jay and Jeffrey Jay; Grandchildren; Matt, JaNice, Kailey, JoeDee, Easton, Emily, Ashley and JW. Siblings; CB Jay and Joanne Henderson.
