Janice Duggan

HURST -- Janice Frances Duggan passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, Oct. 20, 2011, surrounded by her loved ones.  Memorials: Donations to the Make-a-Wish Foundation or Special Olympics would be appreciated.  She was preceded by her parents, Ed and Helen Turner, and brother, James Turner.        Survivors: Husband, Richard Duggan Jr. with whom she shared 46 years of marriage; children, Richard Duggan III (Robin), Lauri Garner and John Duggan (Jennifer); grandchildren, Brendan Garner, Abigail Garner, Hunter Garner, Reese Duggan, Rex Duggan and Rory Duggan; sisters, Carol Turner, Christine Allen; brothers, Bill Turner, Ed Turner, Tom Turner.
