JoAnne Breedlove FORT WORTH -- JoAnne Webber Breedlove, a retired long term care health executive and longtime resident of Fort Worth, died on Friday, July 7, 2017, after a brief illness. She was 77 years old. CELEBRATION OF LIFE : 11 a.m. Friday, July 14, at St. Luke's in the Meadow Episcopal Church, 4301 Meadowbrook Drive. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 13, at Saintsville Cathedral 2200 Oak Hill Drive. JoAnne was born to Charlie Mae and Joseph Webber Sr, on July 18, 1939, in Madisonville, Texas. She was a 1957 graduate of I. M. Terrell High School and 1962 graduate of Bethune-Cookman University. In 1966, she married William Taylor Ferguson,DDS and of that union two children were born namely William Martin and Kendall Talbert. In 1980, she married Joseph E. Breedlove, a local contractor and resident of Fort Worth. JoAnne Breedlove, long term health care trailblazer, was the epitome of goodness, grace and style. SURVIVORS: Devoted husband of 37 years, Joseph E. Breedlove; son, William Martin Ferguson; daughter, Kendall Talbert Ferguson; two granddaughters, Liv and Ella Ferguson; two sisters, Virginia Nell Huey You (Wu Fang) and Janyce A. Avery; special cousins, Loydia and Archie Webber of Atlanta, Ga; three stepsons, Joseph Breedlove, Jr.(Andrea); Stephon Breedlove (Marillyn) of Houston; Darren Breedlove (Stacy); four step-granddaughters; two step-grandsons; three nephews; three neices; one grand-niece and one grand-nephew.
