Type Obit Here Hurst -- Jordan "Woody" Moore, 64, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in Dallas.        Funeral service will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.        Woody was born February 8, 1945 in Healdton, Oklahoma to Clarence W. and Gladys E. Carnes Moore. During Vietnam, he served in the Army.        Survivors: sons, Michael Moore and wife, Geneva, Jeff Moore and wife, Nikki; grandchildren, Caleb Michael, Cera Kay, Jordan Wiley, Tyler and Madison; brothers, Clarence Joe Moore and Tommy Ray Moore.
