WEATHERFORD -- Joseph B. Tilghman, 82, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at his home. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Calvario Funeral Chapel (formerly Shannon North). Survivors: Son, Chuck Tilghman and wife, Tammy; daughters, Frances Aycock and husband, Allen, and Barbara Owen and husband, Steve.
