EULESS -- Kay Lynn Carlson, 66, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010, with her loving family by her side.        Funeral: noon Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Visitation: The family will receive friends 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday.        Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Herbie and Mae Olson.        Survivors: Husband, Robert G. Carlson; son, Alan Scott Carlson; daughter, Deborah Dawn Dionne; and granddaughters, Marci and Nicole Dionne.
