Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas. Kelly was born Oct. 6, 1963, in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Survivors: Wife, Trina Parker; sons, Kelly Parker and wife Kelly, Levi Ownbey and Christopher Parker; grandchildren, Tyler, Makaiah, Beau and Madeline is on the way; siblings, Jessie, Jerry, Dennis, Jeanne, Jim and Donald; many loving nieces, nephews and family members.
