Ken Sarles

Ken Sarles, 66, passed away at home in Grapevine, Texas on February 1, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Funeral Service: 10 a.m., Wednesday at Countryside Bible Church, 250 Countryside Court, Southlake TX 76092. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church. Ken was born on September 22, 1948 in Highland Park, Michigan to Hugh and Virginia Sarles. He was formerly a professor at the Dallas Theological Seminary as well as The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, California. Ken was also a longtime employee of Voss Lighting. He was preceded in passing by his parents; and his daughter, Esther Sarles. Ken is survived by his wife, Mary Sarles; son, Joseph Sarles (Lorraine); daughters, Diana Hill (Dan) and Cheryl Sarles; grandchildren, Maeva and Austin Sarles, and Nathan and Amber Hill; sister, Sandra Sarles; and step-children, Adam Hennessey (Meghan) and Cara Hennessey.
