EULESS -- Laurance Anthony Narey, 82, from Little Rock, Arkansas resided in Euless, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at a Bedford hospital after a long illness. He was a beloved father, paw-paw, and great-grandfather. He will be terribly missed. Funeral: 10:30 am Friday in the Chapel of Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Interment will follow at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home with a Prayer Vigil to begin at 7 pm. He served his country as a Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) in the United States Air Force (USAF) after 21 years of service with the 27th Munitions Maintenance Squadron (MMS) based out of Little Rock, Arkansas Air Force Base. He served his country during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He has been retired from the US Postal Service after 20 years. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, mother, and granny, Barbara J. Narey and both his parents; and brother, James E. Narey. Survivors: Children, son Larry A. Narey Jr. and wife Kim Narey of Euless, son Michael Narey of Arlington, daughter Debbie A. Morris and husband Lance Morris of Hurst, and James P. Narey and wife Jackie Narey of Roanoke; granddaughter Melissa Morris and Jennifer Narey, and grandsons, James Narey, Jeff Morris, Steven Narey, Jason Chatham, and Daron Chatham; and numerous great-grandchildren.
