FORT WORTH -- Lenita M. Brown, 71, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Geof Nichols officiating. Viewing: 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday with visitation 4 to 5 p.m. at Lucas Sylvania Funeral Home. Lenita was born May 18, 1942, in Amarillo to Jack and Venita Holder McGee. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Edward Brown Sr. Survivors: Son, Eddie Brown Jr. and wife, Misty; stepdaughter, Darla Charron; grandchildren, Macey and Brittney Brown; stepmother, Joyce Brown; half brother, Mickey McGee; sister, Juanita Thurman; loyal Yorkie companion, Buttons; numerous other family members and friends.
