HURST -- Lloyd Dale Swasick, 67, passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012. Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Lucas Memorial Chapel, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Rev. Donna McKee will officiate. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and his great-grandson, Patrick. Survivors: Wife, Connie Swasick; daughters, Shannon Swasick and Laurie Tatum; sister, Betty Lewis; grandchildren, Venessa, Jerry, Chelsea, Lauren and Tre'; great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Hayden; nephew, Clayton; and a host of extended family and friends.
