Lonnie Eugene Vessell Sr. 73, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at a local hospital. Military Graveside Service: Friday, October 24, 2014 at 11:15 am in the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Family will receive friends 9:00 am to 10:00 am prior to the service. Survivors: Wife, Linda Mahone Vessell; sons, Waylon, Barry, Scott, Jimmy, and Lonnie Vessell Jr.; daughter, Michelle Kushmore; sister, Cecilia Thurman; grandchildren, Van and Addison Vessell, Heather and Shawn Vessell, Sheamas, Darby, Delaney, Trinity, Flannery, Van and Nia Vessell, Mahalia Jae and Lohan Vessell.
