Loretta was born January 13, 1928 to Paul Patrykus and Antonine Olszewski Patrykus in Chicago, IL. Survivors: daughter, Mary Ann Ginnard and her husband, Ken; son, Alex Baumann and his wife, Claudia; and three grandchildren, Michael, Kimberly, and Annie.
