LORRAINE RAINES

FORT WORTH -- Lorraine Howard Rose Raines died peacefully Monday morning, Jan. 25, 2010, in her 82nd year.        Service: 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel at Robertson Mueller Harper. The Rev. Lawrence M. Hammond will officiate. Interment: Lorraine will be laid to rest next to her mother, Margaret, in Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.        Memorials: Consideration of contributions to a charity of one's choice, honoring Lorraine's memory, is suggested.        A lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Lorraine was born Jan. 1, 1928, the daughter of Vol and Margaret Chapman Raines. She was a longtime employee of Harris Methodist Hospital, retiring after 47 years of service.        Survivors: In addition to her husband, Roger, Lorraine is survived by her sister, Lucy Irene Howard Fencl of Aurora, Colo.; and nieces and nephews and their families.
