Preceded in death by son, Richard Lee Tharp, Jr. in 1999. Survived by his wife, Joyce (Holmes) Schulz; sons, Erwin Schulz and his wife, Amy, and Philip Tharp; daughter, Martha Pannell and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Steve Pannell, Jr. and his wife, Jackie, Kayla Wall and her husband, Joseph, Shannon Tharp, Jennifer Tharp, and L.P. Tharp; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Anita Moore; nephew, Jerry Janow and his wife, Joanne; and niece, Monica McKinney and her husband, Dennis. Services provided by Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.
