IRVING -- Mary Lorene Wofford, 89, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, in Irving. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Williams & Lucas Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Lorene was born Jan. 1, 1927, in Smithfield to Lula May Garrett Spears and William Madison Spears. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.B. Wofford Jr., and daughter, Diane Elaine Wofford. Survivors: She is survived by daughter, Carrie Reynolds; son, Benton Wofford; grandchildren, William Harlow and Veronica Erwin(Roni), Alesia and Matt Wofford; great-grandchild, Kaitlyn Simmons; and son and daughter-in-law, Louie Reynolds and Lisa Wofford.
