Melinda Hope Estess

Melinda Hope Estess, 41, passed October 17, 2014 after battling cancer for almost three years. When she was originally diagnosed, she was given approximately three months. Her determination and God’s grace gave her additional time to spend with family and friends. Memorial visitation: 5-7p Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Garden Cemetery in Calhoun, Louisiana at a later date. Hope was born in West Monroe, Louisiana November 1, 1972 to Gerald and Bonita Estess. She graduated from high school at Crowley High School in 1991. She was greeted into Heaven not only by her Heavenly Father, but by her loving Daddy who went before her. She is survived by her mother, Bonita Estess; brother, Bryan Estess; niece, Victoria Estess; and grandmother, Mary Ellen Brents.
