Michael E. Clark, 57, passed away on August 25, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Funeral Service: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. A reception will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the College Hill Church of Christ, 7447 N. College Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76180. Michael was born on December 12, 1956 in Odessa, Texas to Ray and Lorraine Clark. He grew up in Midland, Texas and graduated from High School there in 1975. Michael attended College at Angelo State University and graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a Bachelor’s degree in business. He married his High School sweetheart, Karen Bass, on Jun 10, 1978 and they were married for 36 years before his passing. His relatives could tell you that Michael’s Super Bowl was the Indianapolis 500, but his family always came first. He was preceded in passing by his father. Survivors: Loving wife, Karen Clark; sons, Bradley Clark and wife Josette and Brian Clark; grandchildren, Caidence Clark, Justin Cox and Jayden Cox; mother, Lorraine Clark; brothers, David Clark and wife Sherrie and Pat Clark and wife June Marria; sisters, Linda Hill and husband Brian and Kathy Spahr and husband Ron; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
