Nell Hicks

Nell was a graduate of Grapevine High School and lived in the Grapevine and Euless areas most of her life. She served on several Euless city boards and was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Euless. She was a descendant of a family in the Minters Chapel area, which is now part of Dallas-Fort Worth Airport.        Survivors: Her husband of 64 years, Marvin C. Hicks; sons, Gene and his wife, Ruth, Jeff and his wife, Debbie, and Jay and his wife, Johanna; daughters, Kay Stephens and her husband, Michael, and Joyce Kimbro and her husband, Tony; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
