Otis Baker

FORT WORTH -- Otis Ray "Jack" Baker, 78, retired Air Force, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011.        Service: 10 a.m. Monday, Calvario Funeral Chapel (formerly Shannon North), 111 W. Northside Drive, Fort Worth. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park on Crowley Road. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.        Otis was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Kipling, N.C., to Otha Ray and Sarah Elizabeth Wheeler Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wyatt; and son, Billy Ray.        He was greatly loved by all and will be greatly missed.        Survivors: Wife of 53 years, Joyce; sons, Bob and wife, Lois, Ray, Donald and wife, Zandra; daughter, Carol; brother, RS; sister, Judy and husband, Marty; grandchildren, Joshua and fiancee, Emily, Rachael and husband, Ben, Matt and wife, Saunders, and LeeAnne; great-grandchildren, Luke and Justin; numerous family and friends.
