ARLINGTON -- Pamela Ann Donahue Monahan passed away in Arlington on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, after a brief but fierce fight with cancer.        Funeral Mass: Noon Thursday at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Arlington, followed by a luncheon at the church. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.        Survivors: Her husband of 37 years, Jack; daughter, Teresa Muzzey, son-in-law, Bob Muzzey, and grandson, Christopher, of Canterbury, N.H.; daughter, Sharon Fountain, son-in-law, Ben Fountain, and grandchildren, John and Lee of Dallas; son, John W.
