Patsy Jean Russell

RICHLAND HILLS -- Patsy Jean Cook Russell passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at age 63. She resided in North Richland Hills. Service: A small family service was held Friday, March 1, in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in the Hope Garden. Patsy was born in Pecos on Feb. 27, 1949. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Maxine Cook. Survivors: Brothers, James Cook of Alpine, Jeff Cook of Arlington, Kerry Cook of Grapevine and Bryan Cook of Hurst; son, Matthew Brown, M.D., of Norwich, Conn.; daughter, Marcy Sumner of Elk River, Minn.; and grandchildren, Marguerite, Hailey and Henry.
