Rachel Maxine Prather

Rachel Maxine Prather, 87, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015. A native of Memphis, Missouri, she was born June 3, 1927 to Milo E. Franklin and Frances Acton Franklin. She was a registered nurse at the V.A. Hospital. In addition to her husband, Bob, she is survived by her daughter, Debbie Hamilton and her husband, Tommy; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Cowell.
