BEDFORD -- Randall Roper, 23, passed away Friday, July 5, 2013. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at The Church at Meadow Creek in Bedford. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Randall was a great father, son, sibling, companion and friend.
