Keith was born Dec. 10, 1960. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, John Evans, and his beloved son, Drake. Survivors: Mother, Pat Evans; sister, Jan Barnett; brother, Kim Evans and wife, Bettie Ann; nephew, Kody Evans, and niece, Amy Fredenberg and husband, Charlie, and their children, Jacob, Joshua, Lauren, Hannah and Chloe.
