KELLER -- Richard D. Webb, 51, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014. Richard was born July 27, 1963, to Lester and Janna Mitcham Webb. Survivors: Daughter, Reann Gardner; two grandchildren; father, Lester; sister, Julie Taylor; brother, Steve Webb; and two nephews. Private burial service.
