Robert Anthony Gonzales

On October 9, 2014, Robert Anthony Gonzales, 57, went to be with the Lord. Robert was born in Victoria, TX on January 22, 1957. He was raised in Amarillo, TX, moved to El Cajon, CA in 1987, and then returned to Texas in 2004, where he resides in Justin, TX. Robert served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corp. from 1974 to 1980. He has co-owned and operated Double G Home Remodel and Repair. He attended Denton County Cowboy Church in Ponder, TX. Robert was a man among men. He resembled the image of both his earthly father and heavenly father. He had a heart filled with love and compassion for his family and friends. He was always willing to give all he had to help someone in need. He believed God had blessed him so that he could share it with others. His time here with us was short in duration; however the value and legacy he has left us is unending. Robert's family would like to invite you to share in remembering him and the impact he made in our lives. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening October 12, 2014 from 5pm to 7pm at Denton County Cowboy Church in Ponder, TX 400 Robinson Rd, 76259. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 4pm at the same location.
